PHONE: At the cottage for your use. No long distance call please, but you may use a credit card. Wifi available, password will be provided when you check-in.

RENT: $2,500 per week. $1,250 deposit plus a refundable $200 damage deposit required to reserve your week, non-refundable if you cancel. You will receive your $200 damage deposit within 14 days of checking out provided there is no damage or need for extensive cleaning. Remaining $1,250 is due 30 days before your arrival. 

LINENS: Provided.

APPLIANCES: Washer/Dryer, fridge with ice maker, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, TV, VCR and DVD player with cable, forced air gas furnace, air conditioning, charcoal grill, gas grill, 1 highchair.

CLEANING: No cleaning service is provided, please clean after yourselves. Please wash towels and bedding and put them in dryer before leaving. If the cottage is left messy or anything is broken, we will use the $200 damage deposit to clean or make repairs. Please leave it how you found it.

CHECK IN: 3:00pm Saturday. Door will be open with the key on the bar.
CHECK OUT: 12pm Saturday. Please leave door open with the key on the bar.

BEACH: Private beach on Lake Michigan, shared with other cottage owners. Follow lower board walk to the beach. No fires or dogs allowed on the beach, no riding bikes on the sidewalks. Ottawa County now takes care of the beach and the rules.

BEDROOMS: 3 complete bedrooms, and a 4th at the top of the stairs without a door.
BEDS: 2 queens, 2 double/full, 1 single day bed, 1 full sleeping loft, 1 full pullout couch, 1 pack n play and 1 toddler bed.

BATH: 2 full with showers. Additional shower located outside.

PETS: No pets allowed, no smoking. Non-negotiable. 

GARBAGE: Dumpster is located in the lower parking lot. Please dispose of your own garbage.

PARKING: Three parking spots are available in the gated parking lot, in the lower section next to the recycle container. Blue parking sign says “Reserved for VanTil”. Extra parking is available at the bottom of Auburn Avenue with parking passes required.

DIRECTIONS: Take Ottawa Beach Road toward the Holland State Park. Turn right on Auburn Ave., just past the General Store. Follow to the top of the hill, and enter the parking lot. The cottage is on the lower walk, the 8th cottage from the lower unloading zone. A wagon or cart will be provided to transport luggage, groceries, etc. to the cottage and to the beach.
